FAQ For Loud Noise

Regarding the noise, in normal cases, it’s within the acceptance of most customers. Considering that the brightness of our projector is much higher than others, the fans need to run faster to dissipate heat, so the noise might be a little more noticeable. But it would be much better if customers hook up an external speaker to it:

(1) Connect the External speaker to the projector’s headphone port via Aux cable; (2) Connect the External speaker with the projector’s bluetooth.

(3) If you use a fire tv stick, usually they can connect a bluetooth speaker with the TV stick, then the sound will also come from the bluetooth speaker.

FAQ For Connect to Phone

(1) Connect your projector to your home WiFi. (steps: Turn on projector→Go to the setup page→WiFi Setting→Search→Connect);

(2) Connect your iPhone to the same home WiFi network above;

(3) Select “ios cast” from the projector main menu;

(4) Turn on Screen Mirroring on your Phone→select the projector device such as “NETLINK-DCAC(icast)” for pairing. Wait a few minutes, the connection will succeed.
